Lipi Toolkit (LipiTk) is an open-source toolkit for online Handwriting Recognition (HWR). It includes the Core Toolkit, a set of algorithms for handwriting recognition, Lipi Designer, a GUI tool for creating recognizers for custom shapes, and the Alphanumeric Character Recognizer.
